♚Atelier Rorona Plus♚ ~The Alchemist of Arland~ Review - PS3 and Vita {English, Full 1080p HD}

  1. I've just got PS Now and I've never played JRPG games before it's a genre I'm new to, I decided to try one and chose this game after watching this review Im hoping I get into it?…

  2. if this game would not have turn based combat i would go for it with both hands without hesitations… but i somehow cannot get the fell of the turn based combat 🙁

  3. Thank you so much for the detailed review! It always looked like kind of a dating game to me and I never took it seriously. Now I want it! :3

  4. turn based RPG are the BEST EVER. I was wonder about this game and Atelier Shallie – Alchemist of the Dusk Sea, I don't know what game to chose, because they are on sale on ps Store, this one it's 10 £ and Atelier Shallie it's 8£ with ps+. I really want to try a new and totally different JRPG. The last time I have played a "Atelier" game was so many years ago on PS2

  5. Do the other two games have a save transfer? Sony calls it Tranfarring semi-officially after Hideo Kojima (Metal Gear Solid) came up with the idea of the MGS HD collection between the PS3, Vita, and PSP.

  6. Thanks for this review.  Your review got me to try this game and I am hooked.  I was holding off as the artstyle on the cover and the others made them look like loli pedo crap I can't stand (ala trinity universe etc…)  The game actually has a plot, the characters aren't all little kids, it has amazing battle system and the crafting is amazing.

I am so glad I seen this and opened my mind to trying something different.  Great game, great review. Going to get the rest of the series (at least on vita).  I have 3 more games to get unless the make Escha and Logy and Shallie plus editions (they really should…hell every jrpg should given plus treatment on vita! )

  7. Hey,R3D or anyone anyone could answer
Which Atelier game on PS3 should I look for for more of a Story driven plot, I mean I played Atelier Rorona plus, and I really enjoyed it but it feels lacking in a strong story
Anyone know which Atelier game, I could look for this?
I'm pretty unaware on the Dusk series.

  8. Is this footage the vita version or the PS3 version? and how much difference are there between the two versions? I'm really interested in the series however I only have a vita now and I can only download digital copy.

  9. can someone help me answer this question.

Can I just play Rorona Plus and never had to touch the original?

I never played either of them before.

  10. I never played the original, but I like JRPG's
    Think it's worth the sale?
Now it is 17.99 euro (23 dollars) with 3 dlc packs
Was 39.99 euro (52 dollars) without dlc at all

(also, can you choose Japanese voices?)

  11. Here is a question I have. Are Meruru and Totori Plus both updates in the same way Rorona is? Or should I wait for their respective "complete" editions such as Rorona Plus.

  12. Are the new scenes voiced at least? I mean the Totori & Meruru additional scenes in the extra year they added after the endings.
