I have tried to cancel via the Xbox webpage put when I attempted to cancel my credit card it retorted with the message, “An outstanding balance exists on this payment instrument. Please try again later.”
I’v heard the only current way to cancel your credit card or disable LIVE’s automatic(I.e, reoccuring monthly fee) renewal was to contact customer support by phone.
I do NOT feel like going through the pains of battling with Microsoft’s shady customer service. I’v heard bad things from other people that they had were put on hold for over 40+ minutes and rarely get any results. So, please, if anyone has a straightforward yet well-explained answer it would be greatly appreciated and rewarded. 🙂 Thank you!
